Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (€12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Tracking included
- Free Shipping:
- Available for orders over €50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Tracking included
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your package.
Return Process
- Submit a Return Request: Email us at [email protected] with the following information:
- Subject line: “Retouraanvraag – [Your Order Number]”
- Order number
- Product name(s) and quantity
- Reason for return
- Your preferred solution (refund or exchange)
- Any relevant photos (if applicable)
- Return Approval: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and send you a return label and instructions if approved.
- Ship Your Return: Carefully package the product in its original packaging and ship it using the provided label.
- Confirmation: We’ll send a confirmation when we receive your return.
- Processing: After inspection, we’ll process your return within 5 business days.
Exchange Process
For exchanges, follow the same process as returns but clearly indicate which product you’d like to receive instead. We’ll ship your new product once we receive the return.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygienic reasons and product characteristics, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-cut films: Products cut to your specific measurements (e.g., custom sizes of glass film or anti-peep film)
- Used products: Films that have already been applied or had their protective layer removed
- Films with special coatings: Fluor film and other films with special treatments
Refund Information
Once your return is approved:
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after approval
- Payment method: The amount will be refunded to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Shipping costs: Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error
Note: After our processing, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for your bank or PayPal to process the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the damage or incorrect item
- We’ll send a replacement immediately
- No need to return the damaged item unless specifically requested
